Consists of deep abdominal work to break up and flush out impacted matter from intestines, reflexology to stimulate healing of the internal organs, and suction cupping to release trapped toxins. This treatment highly enhances any cleanse or colonic (colon hydrotherapy).

Anyone who is wanting to improve digestion, or currently doing a cleanse. DO NOT book if you are still nursing.

How to prepare for your session:

  • Book after your period (you may NOT be pregnant or on your period while receiving work)

  • Be on an empty stomach (small meal 2 hours prior is ok)

  • Try to use the restroom before your appointment

  • Try to avoid foods that cause bloating, caffeine or alcohol before your session

  • Plan to have temporary cupping marks 

  • Expect to be sore in the days following you deep abdominal massage

  • Detox symptoms are common especially if you are already on a cleanse. Headaches, fatigue and chills may occur. Increase water intake and plan to rest as much as possible afterward.
