Cancellation Policy 

 

 

NO-SHOW - Any client who no-call/no-shows will have charged for their service(s) in full, no exceptions besides labor.

24 HR NOTICE - Any client who cancels or makes any changes to their appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full or a rescheduling fee for the service(s) booked that day.

​

DEPOSITS - All deposits are non-refundable. If appropriate time policies are followed and you need to make changes to an appointment that has a deposit, you may transfer your deposit.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

We cannot make up time for late arrivals, we have clients who are booked after your appointment, and trying to make up for your lost time takes time away from the next client. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early so you can park, use the restroom, and fill out forms.

 

 

We appreciate your commitment to our policies, we understand that life happens and try to be as fair to every client as possible which is why these policies are in place.
