Mercier Therapy just published the latest five-year study in January 2019 indicating an 87.7 percent pregnancy success rate when women have undergone Mercier Therapy prior to starting IVF stimulation. Who should NOT receive Mercier Therapy?

Mercier Therapy is not recommended for individuals with an IUD, active cancer, a current pelvic infection, Essure, or for those with endometriosis during their menstrual period. Clients with endometriosis are encouraged to schedule sessions after their period has ended.

When should I book Mercier Therapy if I am planning IVF or IUI?

We highly recommend completing Mercier Therapy before starting IUI or IVF.

What is the Mercier Therapy protocol?

No. Mercier Therapy should not be painful. You may feel pressure in restricted areas, but if you experience discomfort, pressure is adjusted immediately to ensure your comfort throughout the session.

What is the difference between Mayan Womb Massage and Mercier Therapy?

Mayan Womb (Abdominal) Massage is an ancient, holistic therapy that works gently with the abdomen and other areas of the body.
Mercier Therapy follows a specific, evidence-based protocol, focuses solely on the pelvic region, and uses deeper manual techniques. While Mercier Therapy has been formally studied, Mayan abdominal massage has not yet undergone clinical research.
