Are you trying to have a natural birth? Staying hydrated through labor is very important! Dehydration during labor slows down the progress, alters physiological process and affects the muscles. It is recommended to sip water throughout labor, aiming for 8oz per hour.

Sip between contractions
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1-2 calcium tablets, crushed
1 quart of water (juice can be added for flavor)
1/2 tables spoon of chia seeds
