Affirmations for Healing Sexual Trauma

Lay down, take a few deep breaths, close your eyes and relax.


Cup your hands over your pubic bone and repeat these affirmations.


Very often during womb massage, sexual trauma comes up.


Sometimes, I cannot massage my client’s womb. There is an energetic armor present. Touch makes them experience anxiety, panic and or they tense up.


The person is just not ready to receive the womb massage, although they want to be.


When this happens, we use other tools and techniques. One of them being positive affirmations.


Affirmations are a way of reprogramming the subconscious mind from negative internal dialogue.


They may feel awkward at first, but in time they do help you heal.


Please be kind to yourself. You are not alone. ️
